Scanbacks are sent via email immediately after the signing is complete, usually within minutes of notarization.

Do you provide shipping labels?

Typically, your lender or escrow company provides pre-paid shipping labels. If you need us to ship on your own account, we can arrange that with FedEx or UPS.

What if I miss the shipping cutoff?

We know all the local cutoff times. If you book with enough lead time, we'll ensure your package makes same-day pickup. For very late signings, we'll find the location with the latest cutoff.
